1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TULLOO mobile application (the "Service"), a marketplace operated by MARTDEV (the "Developer" or "We"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is intended for the purchase and sale of white goods, home appliances, and related products, including the facilitation of financing options.

2. Key Definitions

• User: Any person or entity using the Service, whether to browse, buy, or sell.
• Seller: A User who posts products for sale on the marketplace.
• Buyer: A User who purchases products through the marketplace.
• Products: White goods and home appliances offered through the Service.
• Financing: The option offered to Buyers to pay for Products in installments, subject to the approval of a third-party financial service provider.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To fully utilize the Service, you must register and maintain an active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or, if younger, have the consent of your parents or guardians and be under their direct supervision. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

4. Marketplace and Transactions

4.1. Marketplace Responsibility

The Service is a platform that facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers. **MARTDEV is not the direct seller of the Products** (unless explicitly stated), and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the Products, nor for the truthfulness or accuracy of the descriptions provided by the Sellers.

4.2. Seller Obligations

• To post accurate and truthful descriptions, prices, and conditions of sale.
• To ensure the availability, quality, and delivery of the Products sold.
• To comply with any published return and warranty policies.

4.3. Buyer Obligations

• To pay the full purchase price, either directly or through the Financing option.
• To provide accurate and complete delivery information.

5. Financing and Payments

Financing is provided by **third-party financial partners** and is subject to their own terms and conditions, as well as their credit approval process. MARTDEV only facilitates the connection with these providers. We are not responsible for credit decisions, loan terms, or the collection of installment payments. By selecting the Financing option, the User authorizes the Developer to share the necessary information with the financial partner to process the request.

6. Fees and Commissions

MARTDEV may charge fees to Sellers for the use of the platform (sales commissions, listing fees, etc.). Buyers are responsible for paying the price of the Products plus any applicable charges (taxes, shipping costs, financing interest, etc.). All fees and charges are subject to change with prior notice.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content (images, descriptions, reviews, etc.) that you publish on the Service. You grant MARTDEV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display such content in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that we deem to violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to, failure to meet payment obligations or engaging in fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

**To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law**, MARTDEV, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
